Once you've opened a cashback account, register it with REBATE ONE so you can receive your cashback.
If you do not complete this step, you will not be able to receive your cashback, so please be sure to do so.
Register an account number eligible for cashback
Log in to REBATE ONE and click the "Account Application/List" button on your My Page.
Select a broker to register with
Select the broker you want to register with from the drop-down menu (exness is shown here as an example)
Enter the required information
Enter the account number registered with your broker and, if necessary, the email address registered with the broker. Once you have entered the required information, click the "Submit" button.
*Please check the following for information on where to verify the details entered for each broker.
Wait for the confirmation and registration completion emails
Once the submission is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from REBATE ONE.
Verifying Your Account Number on REBATE ONE
Check in REBATE ONE to confirm that your account has been properly set up for cashback, and you will receive an email from the relevant department.
That email explains whether you can register your account number.
As a general rule, you will receive a confirmation email within one day; however, please note that it may take some time for the data to be updated, so we appreciate your patience in such cases.
If Account Registration Is Complete
Once you receive the registration completion email from REBATE ONE, click the broker name at the bottom of the "Account Applications & List" section on your My Page to view the account number for your completed registration.
If Account Registration Is Not Possible
If you receive an email stating that we cannot confirm your account is eligible for cashback, please follow the instructions in the email to complete the process and then resubmit your account application.
